Domestic Shipping (UK)
We offer two shipping options via Royal Mail:
- Standard Shipping – £3.99 (5–7 working days)
- Express Shipping – £5.99 (1–3 working days)
Standard orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days after purchase. All packages are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For service, and tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
International Shipping
We are based in the United Kingdom, and we are happy to ship internationally using Royal Mail International Signed For services. All international orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, and tracking details will be provided.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Currency & Payment Processing
As a UK-based company, all transactions are processed in British Pounds (£GBP).
If you are ordering from outside the UK:
- Your bank or card provider will convert the amount to your local currency.
- Due to exchange rates and potential bank conversion fees, the amount shown on your bank statement may be higher than the price displayed at checkout.
- This is especially common if your currency is weaker than the Pound Sterling (e.g., USD, AUD, CAD).

Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) unopened and unused for a full refund or a voucher towards other products.
To begin a return, please email us at customersupport@theherbalhealth.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (please be as detailed as possible)
- Any supporting images if applicable
Note:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or sent in error.
Attempted Deliveries
All customers receive tracking numbers upon shipment. If multiple delivery attempts are made and you are unavailable or fail to collect your package from the designated collection point, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged during transit, we will issue a replacement once photo evidence of the damage is provided. Please email customersupport@theherbalhealth.com with the photos and order details.
